8 a.m. (Meal #1): oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): strawberry banana yogurt smoothie

2 p.m. (Meal #3): shredded chicken, 2% cheese, salad

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): granola, non-fat milk

7 p.m. (Meal #5): 3 slices of thin crust, vegged out pizza with sausage (finally a splurge meal!)

9 p.m. (Light Snack): orange juice
