8 a.m. (Meal #1): 1 cup of oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): pear, granola bar, 1 cup 1 % milk

2 p.m. (Meal #3): 1 cup tomato basil soup, broccoli with 2% cheese

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): pear

7 p.m. (Meal #5): sweet potatoes with pat of butter, brown sugar (Splenda)

9 p.m. (Light Snack): chickpeas, 3 almonds, 1 cup orange juice
