day 12

8 a.m. (Meal #1): 1 cup of oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola, 1 cup 2 % milk, banana

2 p.m. (Meal #3): veggie burger with mustard, sweet potatoes, mixed fruit

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): tuna, salmon, and snapper tapas

7 p.m. (Meal #5): I tried to have Mediterranean for dinner, but the restaurant we stopped in had BUGS! We saw it after we’d ordered, but got our money back. After that, there was no more appetite!

9 p.m. (Light Snack): chai tea latte
