8 a.m. (Meal #1): 4 egg whites scrambled, low fat cheese, 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice, banana

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola, 1 cup 2 % milk (I bought 2% by mistake! Argh!)

2 p.m. (Meal #3): grilled tequila lime chicken, spinach salad, balsamic viniagarette, strawberry banana smoothie

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): seeds

7 p.m. (Meal #5): gumbo, chicken lollipops, yogurt with strawberries and graham crackers

9 p.m. (Light Snack):
