day 15

8 a.m. (Meal #1): 1 cup oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola, chai tea with non-fat milk

2 p.m. (Meal #3): pepper shrimp spinach salad, brown rice with lentils and carrots, pear

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): *forgot to eat it!  I need to put something in my car for days light this*

7 p.m. (Meal #5): 1/2 slice turkey meatloaf, sweet potatoes

9 p.m. (Light Snack): banana
