day 20

8 a.m. (Meal #1):  oatmeal, blueberries, orange juice

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): strawberry banana yogurt smoothie

2 p.m. (Meal #3): 1/2 slice turkey meatloaf, carrots and snap peas, wilted spinach

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): granola bar

7 p.m. (Meal #5): *dinner out*, ground turkey patty with cheddar cheese (The cheese was not on plan 😦 ), cranberries and mustard (no bun); sweet potato fries; non-fat chai tea latte

(I wasn’t prepared for this restaurant choice.  Had I been, I would’ve realized that had really great salads too.  I did as best I could with the turkey choice.  I didn’t want to look crazy, but I managed to remove the bun without being questioned, lol).

9 p.m. (Light Snack): mixed fruit
