8 a.m. (Meal #1):  oatmeal, blueberries, 1/2 cup orange juice, fruit cup

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): string cheese, grapes

2 p.m. (Meal #3): butternut squash soup, wilted spinach, saltines (7)

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): seeds

7 p.m. (Meal #5): salmon, vegetable medley with carrots, zucchini, and snow peas, granola, 2% milk

9 p.m. (Light Snack): mango and blueberries
