day 26

Over the hump…Day 25 wasn’t the best, but I am keeping my eye on the goal.

8 a.m. (Meal #1): oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola, non-fat milk, sausage roll (BAD – what is my problem!!!)

2 p.m. (Meal #3): 1/2 cup butternut squash soup

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): seeds

7 p.m. (Meal #5): salmon, brown rice with lentils

9 p.m. (Light Snack): blueberries and mangos smoothie
