11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): pear

2 p.m. (Meal #3): Galinha Assada a Brasileira (Brazillian Roasted Pulled Chicken salad with vegetables), black beans (restaurant meal)

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): seeds

7 p.m. (Meal #5): tbd, if at home, salmon, brown rice, lentils, mixed veggies

9 p.m. (Light Snack): blueberries and mangos smoothie
