8 a.m. (Meal #1):  1 cup of oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): banana

2 p.m. (Meal #3): taco salad with shredded lettuce and chicken (no taco shell), a little bit of cheese, tomato and guacamole

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): granola bar, non-fat milk

7 p.m. (Meal #5): brown rice with lentils, roasted chicken

9 p.m. (Light Snack): mango, strawberry smoothie
