8 a.m. (Meal #1): oatmeal

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): banana, grilled chicken, mozzarella, tomato salad

2 p.m. (Meal #3):  Starbuck’s yogurt and granola

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): none

7 p.m. (Meal #5): crab stuffed shrimp, house salad (dinner size)

9 p.m. (Light Snack): strawberries
