*I’m on vacation over the next few days, so all meals will be added after the fact.  I’m not sure what I’ll be eating or where, but I will stay on the plan!*

8 a.m. (Meal #1): oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): none

2 p.m. (Meal #3):  salad with grilled chicken, grapes, cranberries, pecans, artichokes, and sherry vinegrette

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): strawberry, banana smoothie

7 p.m. (Meal #5): artichokes, tomato, portabella mushroom, olive, no cheese thin crust pizza

9 p.m. (Light Snack): none (ate late)
