8 a.m. (Meal #1): whole grain cereal, 1 % milk

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): banana

2 p.m. (Meal #3):  baked lemon chicken, squash casserole, greens, salad, mac and cheese (just a little!), and chocolate cake and ice cream (bad!)

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): strawberries

7 p.m. (Meal #5): salad

9 p.m. (Light Snack): cashews
