8 a.m. (Meal #1): scrambled eggs with 2% cheese, peach, orange juice

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): strawberry banana smoothie

2 p.m. (Meal #3): salad at Corner Bakery, lemonade, m&m cookie

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): grapes

7 p.m. (Meal #5): herb butter salmon, salad with feta and balsamic

9 p.m. (Light Snack): chai tea latte with nonfat milk
