11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola, nonfat milk

2 p.m. (Meal #3): Jason’s Deli salad bar with spinach greens, peas, feta cheese, 2 boiled dggs, sprouts, and 1 multigrain with seeds cracker; 2 small graham crackers, whole grain

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): squash with 2% cheese

7 p.m. (Meal #5): turkey burger with 2% cheese, squash

9 p.m. (Light Snack): fruit salad
