day 90!

I made it through all 90 days of the Fat Smash Diet!  Measurements will be done today or tomorrow and a fresh start begins tomorrow.

8 a.m. (Meal #1): none, woke up late

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): 2 eggs scrambled, salsa, whole grain english muffin

2 p.m. (Meal #3): turkey sandwhich, fries

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): nonfat ice-cream on cone

7 p.m. (Meal #5): salad with chicken strips

9 p.m. (Light Snack): graham crackers, nonfat milk
