*I’ll only do days from this point on.  I’ll announce the new rounds every 90 days*

8 a.m. (Meal #1): 2 eggs scrambled, salsa, whole grain english muffin

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola, nonfat milk

2 p.m. (Meal #3): chocolate cake, nonfat milk

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): none

7 p.m. (Meal #5): grilled chicken, salsa, 10 tortilla chips, 2% cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes

9 p.m. (Light Snack): orange juice
