8 a.m. (Meal #1): english muffin, scrambled eggs, salsa, orange juice

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): strawberry, banana smoothie

2 p.m. (Meal #3): homemade pizza with ground turkey, tomatoes, black olives, garlic, and 2% cheese

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): peach

7 p.m. (Meal #5): granola, nonfat milk

9 p.m. (Light Snack): pear
