more good news

I’ve had a few good days of eating (even with a few indulgences – I’m working on how to incorporate them without letting it hinder my success) and five straight days of workouts and the scale dropped by 1/2 pound to day!

It’s a small amount, but it’s news to be celebrated because I had a week of eating smart, but still allowing for what my tastebuds wanted and still saw results.  I may finally be finding a way to eat and exercise properly as a part of daily life.
