11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): string cheese, pear

2 p.m. (Meal #3): Shredded chicken w. cowboy caviar (black beans, tomato, corn) and 2% cheese, saltines (4), greens

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): whole grain waffles, peanut butter, strawberries

7 p.m. (Meal #5): chicken sandwich on whole grain, mozzerella, garlic spinach

9 p.m. (Light Snack): none
