Last week I didn’t buy groceries, but this week I have everything I could ask for.  I’m going to do my best to plan interesting options for myself.

Breakfast Options – oatmeal, fruit smoothie, eggs, whole grain waffles, peanut butter, fruit

Snack Options – fruit, granola, sugar free pudding, ricotta cheese, vegetable chips, whole grain popcorn

Meals – primarily vegetarian, only one meal per day with meat max, fruit snacks when possible

Monday – Ethnic

Tuesday – Turkey

Wednesday – Chicken

Thursday – Sandwich

Friday – Vegetarian/ Leftovers/ Meal Out

Saturday – Salad

Sunday – Seafood
