11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): nonfat vanilla chai tea

2 p.m. (Meal #3): chicken and green chili soup, grilled nonfat cheese on whole grain

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): 2% string cheese

7 p.m. (Meal #5): turkey burger with fat free cheese, spinach, cabbage

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): oatmeal cookies, nonfat milk
