day 7 (round 2)

*my goal is to eat 1/2 of what I’ve been eating, volume-wise*

8 a.m. (Meal #1): 1 pkt oatmeal, blueberries, vanilla chai tea

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): vanilla chai tea, granola

2 p.m. (Meal #3): broccoli soup, saltines (7), sliced chicken sandwich on wheat with fat free cheese

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): none

7 p.m. (Meal #5): shrimp tacos

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): mixed fruit cup
