8 a.m. (Meal #1): 1 pkt oatmeal, blueberries

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola

2 p.m. (Meal #3): spinach salad with shrimp, fried oysters, cranberries, and toasted pecans

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): vanilla chai tea

7 p.m. (Meal #5):  salmon burger

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): vanilla chai tea
