8 a.m. (Meal #1): whole grain waffles, strawberry jam, peanut butter, coffee

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): granola, vanilla chai tea

2 p.m. (Meal #3):  chicken enchiladas, rice

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): string cheese

7 p.m. (Meal #5):  turkey burger, nonfat cheese on whole wheat bun, oven baked onion rings

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): nonfat pudding
