2 p.m. (Meal #3):  Chipotle chicken salad with rice, black beans, bell peppers, onions, corn salsa

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): none

7 p.m. (Meal #5):  grilled chicken and spinach on whole grain wrap

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): pear
