2 p.m. (Meal #3):  turkey burger with cheese on whole grain bun, sweet potato

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): none

7 p.m. (Meal #5): thin crust pizza, orange juice

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): none
