8 a.m. (Meal #1):  oatmeal, non-fat chai tea latte

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): banana, mixed nuts

2 p.m. (Meal #3): orange chicken, carrots, peas, brown rice

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): dried fruit

7 p.m. (Meal #5): mixed veggies, potato salad, baked beans

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): multigrain crackers and nonfat cheese
