2 p.m. (Meal #3): thin crust pizza, 2 slices

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): banana

7 p.m. (Meal #5):  chicken club sandwhich, sweet potato fries

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): nonfat pudding
