*Starting over again.  The snow weekend in Dallas through me all off track.*

8 a.m. (Meal #1): breakfast burrito, coffee

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): breakfast burrito

2 p.m. (Meal #3): chicken salad, peas and carrots

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): apple

7 p.m. (Meal #5): turkey burger

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): strawberries

weight – 219.5 lbs
