8 a.m. (Meal #1): egg, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast, orange juice

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): strawberry banana smoothie

2 p.m. (Meal #3): turkey burger on whole grain bun

5 p.m. (Meal #4, light snack): truffle, nonfat milk

7 p.m. (Meal #5):  2 slices of thin crust pizza

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): vanilla chai tea
