8 a.m. (Meal #1): wheaties, nonfat milk

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): one fish taco, chocolate covered strawberry (leftovers)

2 p.m. (Meal #3): rotisserie chicken sandwich on 12 grain bread, orange juice

5 p.m. (Meal #4): vanilla chai tea (yum!)

7 p.m. (Meal #5): gumbo, oysters

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): none
