8 a.m. (Meal #1): oatmeal, coffee

11 a.m. (Meal #2, heavy snack): dates

2 p.m. (Meal #3): chicken and veggie stirfry with brown rice

5 p.m. (Meal #4): pear

7 p.m. (Meal #5): oysters, spinach salad

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): vanilla chai tea (yum!)
