2 p.m. (Meal #3): salmon filet, rice, grilled vegetables (squash, zucchini, mushrooms, red onions)

5 p.m. (Meal #4): breakfast taco

7 p.m. (Meal #5): chicken salad

9 p.m. (Meal #6, light snack): none
